Delivery Options

  • Local delivery: Available in selected areas around Grays & Essex. Call us on 07466 875843 to confirm eligibility.
  • Nationwide delivery: Available across the UK for eligible ambient (non-chilled/non-frozen) items. Delivery options and fees show at checkout.
  • Click & collect: Collect from our store once your order is ready.

Order Processing

  • Same-day dispatch cut-off: Orders placed before 4:00pm are processed for same-day dispatch (where applicable).
  • Busy periods: During promotions and peak seasons, processing may take longer.
  • Order updates: We’ll keep you updated if anything changes.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are shown at checkout based on your address and basket.

Tip: Delivery charge is calculated at checkout based on the final weight and destination address.

Chilled & Frozen Items

Where available, chilled and frozen items are packed carefully to help maintain temperature in transit. Please refrigerate or freeze items as soon as they arrive.

  • Safe handling: Check packaging on arrival and store items immediately.
  • Warm weather: Consider being available to receive the delivery promptly.

What if something is missing or damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos (where relevant), and we’ll resolve it quickly.
Can I change my address after ordering?
